Policies

New Clients

Intake forms are to be filled out prior to the appointment time. After I have received your filled out forms, I will reach out to you to book time to have your 15 minute intake phone call to discuss your intake information, any questions, and we can make sure we are a good fit for each other. After the phone call I will ask you to prepay for your treatment(s) to finalize your appointment.

Payments

I accept payments via cash, Zelle, Venmo, cash app, hsa cards, credit and debit cards.

Any processing fees will be added on to the appointment total.

Booking

I am open to bartering, if you are interested let me know while booking.

I offer sliding scale prices to be able help more people. If you are interested, please let me know while booking.

I do ask clients to provide their own sheets to avoid triggering allergies, etc. Massage sheets are not necessary, any twin size sheets will work fine. Larger sheets may also be folded in half to be used. If you are unable to provide your own sheets, I do have sheets that may be used for a small fee.

I do not offer same day appointments.

New clients are required to prepay for their treatment to finalize their bookings.

Inappropriate Behavior

If at any point the client becomes disrespectful, inappropriate, solicits, touches or grabs the therapist, the therapist may end the session. The client will be charged for the full treatment, along with a $500 Inappropriate Behavior Policy Fee. The client will be blocked from all future treatments and communication, and criminal charges may be filed. Let’s treat each other with respect & have a great day.

Bodily Functions

Inappropriate behavior will not be chalked up to bodily functions.

Bodily functions are a natural process and should not be ashamed. We are all human. Farts and burps happen and there is no need to apologize, just please let me know so I can move away from the area. Tummy rumbles happen and again are nothing to apologize for; if anything, they can be a sign that your body truly appreciates the treatment. If you fall asleep and/or snore,  again no worries. I take this as a compliment and am so thankful you are enjoying your treatment and feel safe enough to rest with me. If you need to use the restroom, simply let me know so I can leave the room, etc.

Cancellation

Clients are required to give a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows time for someone else to book the time. If a 24 hour notice is not given, the client is responsible for paying the full price of their treatment, which must be paid before booking another appointment. If a 24 hour, or more, notice is given, no cancellation fee will be applied.

Exceptions:

Emergencies & illness can happen to anyone. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to an emergency or illness, please give me as much notice as possible so a cancellation fee will not be applied to the missed appointment. Please know that if last minute cancellations become a habit, I appreciate your cooperation in providing appropriate documentation (proof) if requested.

No-Show

No-shows are defined as not being able to keep your appointment and not informing your therapist. No-show clients will be charged for the full treatment that was booked. Balance must be paid before the next appointment may be booked.

Time

Treatment length purchased is not necessarily time of the treatment. Treatment length is the total appointment time which includes a verbal intake, set up, treatment, breakdown, and any follow up questions/suggestions. Set up & break down usually take about 5 minutes; I do my best to keep them quick to give you as much time on the table. Therapist may arrive up to 15 minutes early, if possible, to conduct intake and set up.

If the therapist is running late, therapist will check with client if client is able to extend time to receive full session. If not, any missed time will be added to next appointment.

If the client is running late, therapist may work over allotted time or keep to original time, depending on schedule that day, etc.

Additional Policies

No refunds, exchanges or transfers are allowed.

If you buy a treatment for yourself, it may not be gifted away, refunded, or exchanged for another treatment.

Your treatment is your time for your self-care.
